Our cycling studio will get you burning twice the calories you normally would on a stationary bike in a fun motivating environment.

If you are short on time, Empire Fitness Centre has a 20 minute full body circuit to whip you into shape in no time at all.

Empire Fitness Centre’s pro shop provides easy access to the best quality supplements at the right price and with the right advice. A large range of supplements for sport and health including low carb protein powders, muscle gain protein powders, fat burners, creatine, glutamine, gym accessories, EFC’s own clothing range and much more.

The member’s area (located at reception) is bright and airy - just the place to sit, relax and enjoy a coffee from the cafe bar, a cold drink or nutrition bar before or after your workout.
