We have classes to suit everyone no matter what your size, shape, age or fitness level.
We have 2 group fitness rooms – the Group Fitness Studio and the Cycling Studio.
The Group Fitness Studio is fully airconditioned and private for your comfort. Get fit and burn bodyfat in a fun environment while being motivated by energetic, friendly, qualified instructors. All classes are suitable for both men and women.
From circuit, boxing, yoga, pilates and freestyle classes, EFC has a class for you.
Our group fitness classes run Monday through to Saturday. Morning classes coincide with the childminding session times.
The Cycling Studio is equipped with the latest lighting and sound effects for a totally entertaining workout. The cycling room is fully airconditioned and private for your comfort. Studio cycling classes run at various times daily, to cater for everyone.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BODY PUMP
This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Fantastic for toning and strength. Great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
BODY ATTACK
This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music to motivate you towards your fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level, you’ll get fit, stay fit and get fitter.
BOX FIT
Classic boxing using boxing bags, floor to ceiling balls, jump ropes and focus pads. Relieve stress, burn fat and get fit all at the same time. Learn basic boxing techniques in a circuit type class. Please bring your own gloves to all boxing classes. Gloves are available for purchase from reception
AB & BUTT BLASTER
A 20 minute abs and butt workout to tone and tighten those troublesome spots. A perfect add on before or after another class.
ZUMBA
Ditch the Workout! Find your Latin grooves and moves with Zumba Fitness. This class will tone and tighten while burning body fat.
KNOCKOUT FITNESS
A Maui Tai / Ring Boxing inspired class aimed at getting your fitness levels through the roof while teaching you basic self defence skills that are fun and easy to learn. Suitable for all levels.
BOOT CAMP
Enjoy this fun, challenging workout outdoors, utilising a combination of apparatus from medicine balls to hurdles, jump ropes, agility sticks & much more. Remember your hat & sunscreen. (Indoors in unsuitable weather)
WASHBOARD ABS
20 minutes of floor based abdominal exercises to tone and strengthen the torso “core”. A great class on it’s own, but also ideal to do before or after other group fitness classes.
PILATES
A safe non impact exercise routine that stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups without neglecting the smaller, weaker muscles. Pilates is an excellent way to improve core stability.
YOGA
Banish stress from your life with safe and easy yoga exercises. Relax your body and your mind while becoming fitter and more supple.
STUDIO CYCLING
Burn twice as many calories as you would on a regular stationery cycle, in a themed, motivating and fun environment. The private cycling studio is a darkened room with lighting and sound effects. This class is extremely popular for those wanting to reduce bodyfat and increase fitness levels. Please book at reception as classes are popular.
