Josh has been in the fitness industry for over four years. Before becoming a Personal Trainer he made a massive change to his own life by going from an unhealthy 115kg to a healthy 92kg in only 3 months. His passion for fitness is what made him want to become a Personal Trainer and help others who are eager to change their unhealthy habits and become a better version of themselves. Over the four years, Josh has helped numerous people reach their goals in a short time frame and endeavours to continue helping people who are wanting to make that positive change.
