Our reception area is the meeting place and hub of the fitness centre. Secure entry and trained staff 24/7 with monitored lockers for personal belongings. Grab a coffee from the café or a pre-work before you train. Enjoy the oversized lounges and coffee tables whilst you wait for your friend or check your Instagram feed. It’s an absolute chill zone for either before you train or post-training. Adjacent to our Pro Shop where you can fuel up on protein bars and shakes. Our EFC members often catch up here for a chat, pre-session motivation or wind down post-training sessions. Sit in the air-conditioned space and feel the EFC vibe, listen to music and be immersed in some inspirational artwork.
