Exercise should be fun and our group fitness classes are a powerful way to get the motivation, inspiration and results you’re after.  Chart topping music, awesome instructors, and the latest cutting-edge moves will keep you coming back for more.

All classes are suitable for both men and women.  From boxing, yoga, pilates, freestyle classes to our awesome Les Mills Group Fitness classes EFC has a class for you!

Our Group Fitness classes run Monday through to Sunday.  Morning classes (Mon – Sat) coincide with the childminding session times.

Our Cycling Studio is equipped with the latest lighting and sound effects for a totally entertaining workout. The cycling room is fully air conditioned for your comfort.  We ask that you please book to ensure your seat, you can do this by calling or talking to reception.
